Shipping & Deliveries


  • Accessories and small furniture items (nightstands, end tables, table lamps, etc.) will be shipped within in 2 - 4 weeks. Please note that delivery takes place Monday to Friday during regular business hours (usually between 9AM-5PM local time).


  • All large furniture items (dressers, upholstery, etc.) will be delivered by freight using logistical partners. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and the items, however, please allow a minimum of 4-10 weeks for custom upholstery delivery.
  • Larger items ship via ground with curbside delivery services. Please note that all upholstery orders cannot be amended, refunded or cancelled, as they are made-to-order, just for you.
  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays and Sundays. We also do not ship to PO boxes. Please note, that a fee of $100 in addition to the original delivery fee will be charged in case of a failed attempted delivery.
  • Once your order is shipped out from our facility, you will receive an e-mail to confirm shipment. When our logistical partner receives your order in their local warehouse, they will contact you to schedule a delivery.
